The hotel of choice in New York City. Had an pleasant experience staying at the double room. Breakfast had a great selection options, hot waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit and eggs.

Superb location, good breakfast with a huge variety of food. Really enjoyed a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a heating system and a writing table in the room. Kudos to manager.

Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Friendly and helpful. Great to be able to leave our bags and pick them up at the end of the day. Fantastic location, who wouldn't want the Empire State as the view from their window?

The breakfast was kind of disappointing, poor choice and only pre-packaged food, nothing fresh. We thus just ate breakfast once at the hotel, and went to breakfast places in the neighborhood.

The LOCATION is just fantastic. Its walking distance to everything, the mall, Empire State building, Madison Square Gardens, Broadway...tonnes to see & buy if you like shopping. Mins walk to the train stations too. Its a small hotel but the Staff is lovely. Super smiles on their faces no matter what time you walk through the door. Coffee & teas available on tap through out the day.
No complaints... Breakfast room is kind of small. & I think for the price they could do a better breakfast.

The staff is very professional, corteous and with an easy smile. The hotel makes all efforts to make you welcome: cookies in the afternoon at check in time and there is coffe and tea always available in a common room. Unless you are into bacon and eggs in the morning, breakfast is good enough with a variety of bagels, cereals, and yogurt. The hotel is close to several metro lines and buses. There is a deli around the corner, Sunac, that has a great buffet: very affordable, healthy and convenient.
Hard to find something I didn't like, but if pressed to find something, I would have liked more space in the bathroom. I put all my things in a small cabinet, but I would have liked a shelf to put them. Not a big deal though.

Central location, easy access to subway and many restaurants & tourist attractions nearby. Incredible bed - super comfy! Complimentary breakfast is basic but ok. Coffee/Tea available 24/7. Free & fast wifi. Rooms were new, clean with pretty good amenties for price paid. Overall would stay again.
Towels are a bit small & cheap. Front desk staff was accomodating of my special room requests (feather free , bath ) but seemed to find these requests funny or otherwise ammusing. However they did get me the room I wanted eventually...

Front desk staff courteous, friendly, helpful. Room extremely clean and very comfortable. Some rooms are larger than ours and have better views, but really no complaints there either.Breakfast ( included) was very adequate and coffee etc available throughout the day.

The location was ideal for a New York City trip. Rates were reasonable and staff was friendly. Will stay there if I am to visit New York again.

During my stay I've visited several hotels in ny. Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chelsea was a pleasant combination of perfect location, clearness and helpful staff. Located in Flower District it's not luxury, but clean and cozy. Sunny terrace is quite good in the morning for having breakfast. The air condition is not noisy (surprise!). So difficult to find in ny such kind of things for that money. I'll stay here next time.
Housekeepers could be paying a bit more attention for the details such as trash bins for example.

Local was walkable from all major attractions in NYC. Staff were excellent, extremely approachable and willing to help. Breakfast was also above expected standard.
Price seemed expensive but this was NYC so understandable
